swissporTON App
The starting point: tradition meets innovation in roofing
Our client is one of Europe's leading premium clay roof tile manufacturers. The goal was to build a multi-country mobile app that puts their loyalty program on a modern footing in response to changing user habits.
The project focused on increasing roofer partners' loyalty, strengthening brand value and improving market position, all through an outstanding user experience.
Development: from thorough planning to stable operation
The project started in the summer of 2022 with an intensive, three-month concept and planning phase. We worked closely with the client's marketing and sales teams to make sure the system would remain stable in the long run.
- Product goal: Digitalizing an international loyalty program with automated point calculation.
- User journey: Two-step registration, project management, document uploads and real-time reward tracking.
- Platform: Android and iOS apps plus a comprehensive admin panel.

In the visual (UI) design, fitting the premium brand identity came first. After finalizing the wireframes, we built a fast, intuitive interface on top of the existing brand elements.
During development, we paid special attention to:
- a smart algorithm: the system calculates loyalty points automatically and shows users their cash value in real time,
- two-step onboarding: quick access for visitors, with detailed data submission and an approval process for partners,
- prototype-based testing: because of the complex data relationships, we built a prototype and refined it through joint testing at the end of every phase.
- efficient back-office support (admin panel):
- monitoring user activity and approving projects,
- sending targeted news and push notifications,
- managing multilingual content and language settings.
The system's complexity came from its multilingual operation, precise data relationships and automated algorithms.
Technical challenges and solutions
During development, we focused on these areas so that the system runs reliably across multiple countries and user groups.
Key focus areas:
- a smart point-calculation algorithm with real-time cash value display,
- a two-step onboarding flow with quick access and partner approval,
- prototype-based iterative testing to fine-tune complex data relationships.
Back-office solutions:
- monitoring user activity and approving projects with role-based permissions,
- sending targeted news and push notifications for marketing and expert support,
- managing multilingual content and language settings for international operation.
Joint, prototype-based testing at the end of each development phase helped validate stable operation and the exact business processes.

Results: market success and international expansion
After careful planning and five months of development, the app launched in the spring of 2023.
- Fast time to market: the Hungarian version debuted in March 2023, followed by the Romanian release a month later
- Platform independence: full functionality on both iOS and Android
- Automated payouts: collected points are redeemed transparently as vouchers
The system quickly proved that it can effectively support the operation and scaling of an international loyalty program.
Life after launch and what's next
The app's success lies in continuous care. In 2025, we led a complete rebrand: the former Creaton app got a fresh, more modern look and now continues under the swissporTON name.
Focus areas for the next phase:
- new audiences: the system recently expanded to architects in Romania, further increasing the platform's community value,
- continuous optimization: we aim to keep improving the user experience and fine-tuning the system based on data.
Goal: maintaining a stable, scalable digital ecosystem that effectively supports the client's international sales strategy and partner relationships.
