Training programs and their objectives
1. Digital transition training (ICT training)
Duration: 30 hours | Period: April 1 – April 30, 2026
The goal of the training is for participants to acquire the knowledge and skills needed for e-government services, online password management, secure cloud storage and cloud-based collaboration, and to be able to apply them, thereby supporting the participants' digital transition.
2. Developing digital skills (ICT training)
Duration: 55 hours | Period: December 1, 2025 – February 2, 2026
The goal of the training is practice-oriented digital skills development and an introduction to the basics of IT, so that participants acquire the knowledge and skills needed to use a computer at user level and are able to apply them.
3. Communication and conflict management (soft skills)
Duration: 64 hours | Period: February 4 – March 31, 2026
The goal of the training is for participants to acquire the knowledge and skills related to communication and conflict management, and to be able to apply them.
